WHAT'S NEXT?


it is my goal to go beyond my results and thus, I will be increasing the level of intensity and sets done in this fitness plan gradually or per week. 

week 1: 

increase number of sets from 3 to 4 

week 2: 

increase number of sets from 4 to 5 

week 3:

increase number of set from 5 to 6 

week 4: 

combine day 1 and day 2 workouts into a day
